The tributary streams supply water to Los Angeles, which is nearly 350 miles away. This is a bay on the southeastern coast of South America, stretching for 220 km from the confluence of rivers to the Atlantic Ocean. It is often called the "river", both on the Uruguayan and Argentine sides. However, outside these countries, it is referred to only as an "estuary" rather than a "river". Due to its maximum width, it would be the widest river in the world.

Devils Tower National Monument

Devils Tower National Monument is a striking, geologic wonder that has been steeped in Native American legends. It is  a national park today and a challenge for climbers. The Devils Tower is located in northeast Wyoming, across the state line. The Devil's Tower is a solitary, stump-shaped granite formation that looms 1,267 feet above the tree-lined Belle Fourche River Valley. Devils mountain looks like a tallest building in the country. The Devils Tower WY was once hidden beneath the earth's surface. However, erosion has exposed the soft rock layers and revealed the Tower.

Bolton Strid is a small section of the River Wharfe, North England. It looks just like a place where fairies might be found frolicking in the heath. It has a bad reputation, however, and there is a natural trap underneath that has claimed many lives. Informally, It is reputed to be the most dangerous water stretch in the world. It has an alleged fatality rate in excess of 100% for anyone who falls in it.

The Devil's Golf Course, a large salt-pan on the Death Valley's floor, is located in the Mojave desert, east California, in the Death Valley National Park. It covers a distance of approximately 40 miles, although its boundaries are not well defined. It extends from the Ashford Mill site to Salt Creek Hills. The salt pan is basically a huge, dried-up lake bed that once covered the valley down to 30 feet. The lake was formed by weathering over thousands of years into amazing shapes. It dried between 2,000 and 4,000 years ago.

Eucalyptus Deglupta – Rainbow Tree

Eucalyptus Deglupta, a tall tree species, is commonly called Mindanao gum or Rainbow eucalyptus. This species is found in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. Euchaalyptus Deglupta is the only Eucalyptus type that can be found in rainforests. Its multicolorbark distinguishes it.

Kannesteinen Rock — Norway

The Kannestein rock, a unique rock formation on the island Vagsoy's bay of Kvalheimsvika. The farm of Nord-Oppedal village on Vågsøy island in Norway, about 10 km from Måløy. It is home to the eclogite rocks, which is definitely one the most popular tourist attractions in the area and one of the best known of these is the Kannestein rock on the island of Vågsøy.

Ilakaka — In southwestern Madagascar, a small town is known as Ilakaka, along with National Route 7, the main road that links the country's capital, Antananarivo, with the port of Toliara. Twenty years ago, Ilakaka practically exist, with just 40 inhabitants. In less than ten years, its population soared more than 100,000, as people from all over Madagascar began arriving at sapphire mines of  Ilakaka in search of sapphires.

BOILING LAKE — The area of volcanic activity in Morne Trois Pitons National Park, Dominica is in the Caribbean. This park covers nearly 7,000 hectares and features five volcanoes, many hot springs, and other craters, as well as a large, famous boiling lake. Dominica Boiling Lake is actually a submerged hole or vent in the earth's crust. The gray-green pool of water bubbles at around 92 degrees Celsius. The heat and gas from the molten lava below heat the water. A cloud of water vapor covers the lake's surface.

Nature amazes us all. One of the most amazing natural wonders is Chile's the Atacama Desert. It is considered to be the driest and highest desert on Earth. The region might not see rain for many years. Temperatures range from 0°C at night to 40°C during the day. The driest desert of all is where miracles can be performed. The El Nino phenomenon caused an increase in winter rains, which led to a surprising outcome: the desert burst into bloom with a bounty of color and flowers. The desert was covered in wildflowers, with thousands to even millions of wildflowers.

Lake Turkana, or as it is also called Lake Rudolf, is an amazing closed drainage body of the Great Rift Valley in the eastern part of the African continent. Standing on its shore, you will be sure that you are on the sea coast. The sandy beach and waves are eye-catching. Fierce winds are blowing, and fishing boats sway nearby.

The most isolated church in the world | From the city of Kutaisi, drive through beautiful, winding country roads about 60km in length to reach Katskhi village, you will be surprised to see the Georgia Pillar - a natural limestone formation over 40m high, towering in the middle space. The rock church Georgia, perched atop the stone pillar is Katskhi Church. One of the most famous structures in the Imereti region, also known as the world's most isolated and holiest church.

There are many beautiful and interesting places in Russia. Some of them are even shrouded in mysticism, since some of their characteristics defy even the great minds of scientists. These objects include the rock formations of Manpupuner. The seven huge rock pillars in west of the Ural Mountains in the Troitsko-Pechorsky of the Komi region.
