Berlin Wall | Berliner Mauer, Germany

The Berlin Wall or Berliner Mauer, which was the official border between the German Democratic Republic "GDR" and West Berlin wall began to build in August 13, 1961 at the height of cold War. Concrete fence height of more than three meters, surrounded with barbed wire, slowness in one hundred sixty kilometers, was not just a border between two parts of the German powers, it overnight, thousands of families divided almost thirty years. The existence of the wall while trying to escape 75 thousand people were detained and convicted, and thousand are shoot on the spot included children. On November 9th, 1989 as a result of popular uprising border with West Germany and East Germany was opened, the Berlin wall has become no longer needed,  and in 1990 it was finally demolished. It become a universal event, for German families reunification, the city and the whole country spoke all corners of the world. Currently the length of the wall is 43 kilometers, which the German artist decorated eloquent graffiti.

The Punaka Dzong | Bhutan

The Punaka Dzong was known in antiquity as Pungtag Dechen Photrang Dozong, means "The Palace of great happiness or bliss". Punakha was built in 1637. this is the second oldest and second largest dzong built in Bhutan. Punakha Dzong was administrative center and the seat of the Government of Bhutan until 1955, Punakha was the capital of Bhutan, but it was moved to Thimphu. Dzong is located at 1,200 meters above sea level in the valley, between the two major rivers of Bhutan — Pho Chu and Mo Chu. Punakha is built on a hilly promontory. After the confluence of theses tow rivers, the main river is know as Puna Tsang chu or Sankosh River. Punakha is the winter capital of Bhutan, The head of the clergy of Bhutan with his entourage of monks spend the winter in this dzong. Andrew Newey, an award-winning UK-based travel photographer, has captured amazing photographs of central Nepalese Gurung tribe members engaged in a dangerous and ancient tradition of honey hunting. The Gurung honey hunters climb to the top of the cliffs in central Nepal twice a year to collect honey. The same tools their ancestors used were hand-woven rope ladders.

He combined the national breeds of each team with their World Cup jerseys. Belgian, Eric pulled together his skill photographing animals and his love of the beautiful game to create these hilarious images. 47 years old Eric usually uses his talents for the Life On White project photographing endangered and reare animals on white backgrounds to highlight their plight in the wild. The Sendall tunnel, This is one of the most interesting technical solutions of the 19th century. The Sendall tunnel was constructed for facilitate travel between alternate ends of the capital city of St. George's in 1894. The tunnel was name for Sir Walter Sendall, who was a Britsh Colonial Governor. The maximum height of the tunnel is 2.1 meres(7 ft) and it runs 103.6 meters (340 ft) Drilled though rock, it was considered quite a fete of architecture for its time. Both pedestrians and motorists use the tunnel, so watch out for pedestrians if you are driving though, there is no sidewalk available. Sendall Tunnel is a convinient way to travel from the town's market and port to the Carenage area.

Guelta d'Archei amazing place in the heart of the Sahara Desert, It is located in the Ennedi Plateau, It is located in the Ennedi Plateau, in north-eastern Chad, south-east of the town of Fada. The Guelta d'Archei is inhabited by several kinds of animals, most notably the Nile crocodile, one of the last palace where Nile crocodiles are found in Sahara. The Middle Holocene remains, as well as rock paintings, indicate that this species once thrived across most of today's Sahara Desert and in swamps and rivers along South Mediterranean shores. The small group of surviving crocodiles in the Guelta d'Archei represent one of the last colonies know in the Sahara today; the Tagant Plateau colony in Mauritania has likely been extinct since 1996. The word Guelta means "wetland", The reservoirs of this wetland is supported by groundwater. Guelta d'Arshey is surrounded by extensive desert areas, which make access to this awesome place.

Wind and Rain bridge is a symbolic architectural structure of China

Chinese province of Guangxi — The only place in China where you can admire the unique bridges "Wind and Rain". Covered bridges made of wood and stone, across-ed the river Sanjiang, located in Sangiang County, the Gaungixi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. The crystal of dong people's wisdom and the largest Wing and Rain Bridge in China. It was built in 1916 and its length is 64.4 meters, a width of 3.4 meters and a height of 10.6 meters. Construction of the bridge is made of wood and stone, the surface is lined with wooden planks, and on both sides of the rails are inserted. The bridge includes 5 pavilions, 19 verandas, three-story structure located on a total length of 64.4 meters. At both ends of the bridge connects to the shore platforms with special wooden stairs. The bridge is established on three stone pillars with dissecting water narrowed faces. All this complex architectural composition in pure Chinese style was made by ethnic population — Dong — without the use of nails, representing only dream design. On both sides of the bridge railing fenced and covered the roof of it gray-tiled turrets and for people sheltering from the rains.

The Carmelit is an underground funicular railway in Haifa, Israel and the oldest underground railway system in the Middle East, Israel called Metro "Carmelit", because of Haifa is built on the top of Mount Carmel. The construction strarted in 1956 and ended in 1959, the Carmelit was closed in 1986 after showing the signs of aging and reopened in September 1992 after extensive renovations. The Carmelit is one of the smallest subway systems in the world and the system with 6 stations along a single track, 1.8 Kilometer line. The system's rolling stock consists of just 4 cars making up two 2-car trains. It takes no more than 8 minutes to ride the entire line.

Okunoshima Japanese island with incredible natural beauty in its history has a very dark past.  Okunohima is a small island, floating in the inland sea between Hiroshima and Shikoku, but the island is crowded with cute bunnies who are the main inhabitants of the island, a large population of rabbits eager for tourist attention. But the island Okunoshima was not always so sweet and friendly, and rabbits came here not for entertainment. During the Second World War Japan military tested poisonous gases and other chemical weapons, which are actively used against the Chinese. Island Okunoshima ideally suited for this location , due to its enough way from Tokyo and other major population areas in case of disaster. The program was secret that over the 16 years (1929-1945) of the laboratory island was erased from the maps. Okunoshima was great roving ground and the site of Japan army that produced over 6 kilo tons of mustard gas and tear gas. After Japan's defeat in the war the chemical gas plant and laboratory was destroyed and burned all the documents related to production. After the liquidation of the plant and laboratory, the employees and the local population did not wish to stay longer on the island and disperses in all direction of the country.

It is based on the framework of a characteristic curved bridge wave of steel ribs that alternately rising above the bridge dek. The bridge is designed to combine together two urban park Maun Faber (Mount Faber Park) and telik Blanga Hill Park (Telok Blangah Hill Park).All this iron frame planed with yellow Balau forest that grows in Southeast Asia, this tree can tolerate very diverse climate as moisture and heat, which is very well suited for such a structure. All this undulating metalloderveyannaya bridge design "Henderson Waves" in length 294 meters stand at a height of 36 meters above the highway Henderson standing on high concrete poles, being thus, the highest bridge in Singapore.
