Although it appears to be in danger of falling into the abyss at any moment, it has remained strong for many years. This unusual ledge was created by the demolition of a large boulder that had fallen and left only a thin, long ledge. However, It is thin and over 7 feet in length, and it appears as though it is about to crumble.

The uniqueness of the Potato Chip Rock is that its long ledge, which is at the top of the rock, is so thin that it seems that it can break off and collapse at any moment. But, despite this, people calmly stand on the edge of the stone, even manage to climb there in whole groups, making unforgettable photographs, but it is still intact and not a single crack has appeared on it for many years of such an almost continuous load.
