Tierra Santa | The first religious theme park in Buenos Aires, Argentina

The first religious theme park in the world dedicated to the Holy Land is Tierra Santa, the religious theme park in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Thrill travelling through a town full of faith. Transported to the beginning of the Christian era, 2000 years ago, you can witness the life and work of Jesus, which is unique in the world, reflecting the different stages of his life, from his birth to his crucifixion and resurrection. The park, located in an area of seven hectares in Costanera Norte, is formed by a giant model of the city of Jerusalem that can be travelled and used to know the places that Jesus journeyed during his lifetime. Furthermore, in the park, there were different cultures that lived in that city, such as Christians, Jews, Romans, and Arabs.

In the heart of Buenos Aires and just minutes from downtown, you can relive the most significant moments of Christianity. Holy Land is the first theme park of religiosity in the world and offers a trip through time to discover a unique city and its protagonists. Holy Land is an interactive place where visitors can participate in the various moments of the religious path (Jesus' birth, childhood and youth, the Last Supper, Calvary, his death and resurrection, etc.) and also revive aspects of daily life 2000 years ago, such as trade, selling crafts, artists, typical meals, etc. Each of the 30 houses that have been raised provides the historical setting of the everyday scenes, which will be enriched with the participation of live actors.

The tour of the park includes meeting an important number of actors who personify the inhabitants of Jerusalem in the time of Christ, all dressed in their traditional attire. It also offers a series of musical performances, the Ark Swivel (a themed carousel), the Workshop of Galilee, Joseph's carpentry, and a section of puppets for the kids. Further facilities include three restaurants with Arabic and Armenian food and a pizzeria.
